I have my wife swimming 3 or 4 times a week. Her fingernails are splitting and tearing as a result of all the time in the water. Any suggestions for protecting fingernails? Thx!
The person who does my nails gave me Solar Oil to apply to keep them moisturized. It works well. I've also used olive oil, which also works well. A little goes a long way.
