  • This means That Guy is winning the gridge by dropping almost 15 seconds from his fastest 400 free time? Are there any future opportunities for James to redeem himself? Surely he can drop more than 15 seconds? He just needs to go 4:10 or so... I do remember going a 4:10, or I believe below a 4:10 back in the day as an age grouper/college dude in LCM 400 Free. Not sure it's possible to do now. For the record...I never approved my entry into this gridge. ;)
