How does someone have a seed time much slower than the qual time for the event?
For instance, Austin GP men's 50 free qual is 24.39.
There are several seeds which are slower, one is 28+ seconds???? ( he swam a 26+ in prelims)

If you qualify in something else you are allowed 2 bonus events. It looks like that swimmer qualified with a 1:02.97 100 *** and made the B final.
