Clubs/Drop In Fees

Our club currently does not ask people to pay a drop in fee if they want to come out and see if masters is a good fit for them. Curious what would be fair ($10-$20 is my idea) and if you feel it is a good idea or not.

I have been to various places across the country. Normally there is a drop in fee of 8 to 10 dollars, but many places end up not charging the fee.
