Of course, having constant problems with leg muscle injuries from training breaststroke hasn't helped, nor did starting the day with the 400 IM) :frustrated:(Because I woke up after sleeping only four hours and couldn't fall back to sleep. This happens after EVERY swim meet!) Today: :bliss:(For getting a great night of sleep last night and realizing that I really did win high points at all four Championship Series events and sweep!)

If you live in the Delaware Valley or NJ/NY area the Thanksgiving Classic is a good meet. It was held on November 10-11 this year. The pool is good and they have all the events over two days, so you will get rest between events. It is well run by the EEX age group team. :anim_coffee:

I am attaching the Southern Masters SCM Championships results from New Orleans, which I just got via email. It turns out that just after the meet the meet director had some health problems and then some computer problems - hence the delay. I expect they will show up on the Southern Masters website as well. 7056
