What do you 10k postal swimmer types do? For me, the 10k is well over three hours. Even if I was fast enough to swim, say 2:45, that would be a long time to go without peeing while swimming...
I did the postal 10k last year and it wasn't an issue even though I was in the water for just over 3 hours. And I was drinking 8 oz water every 2k.
