Graham Johnston's Competitive Edge Keeps Him Swimming

I have known Graham for many years and he is one of the nicest guys I have ever met.
I swam with Graham at the Dad's Club back in the late 80s. Simply a great human being. He taught me a lot about mental toughness during some pretty chilly ice storms in Houston when the only pool you could swim in was filled with pine needles, bandaids and was outdoors. Terrible to hear about his wife as my own mother passed away from dementia.
