I still have difficulty to get out of water to fly position and therefore I cannot bring my arms forward effortlessly. what should I do to fly easily and prevent fatige. I come out almost up to sholders and with greate ffort.

Greetings. To me, it looks like your timing is a bit off regarding when you kick and when you stroke. My daughter had this issue when she was learning fly. One thing I noticed that seemed to really help was when her coach had their team drill with one-arm fly. First they'd do lengths using just one arm, then the other. Then they would do 3 strokes with one arm, 3 strokes with the other, then 3 full strokes, and do repeats of 25yds. It seemed to really help her get the timing/rhythm down. She can now do 50m in a long-course pool without stopping. It took her about 2 months to learn the stroke correctly, and about a month of conditioning/building up strength to get down the 50m pool.
