I was wondering if anyone knew of any good charity programs involve helping individuals learn how to swim? I will be in San Diego this summer looking for a volunteer program, or possibly starting one.

Check also with the local public pools in the area, as many municipalities have these programs and are often looking for people to help or fund them.
