    looks pretty good, maybe drop the hammer even more on your last length (increase your kick) & beat your 1st 50 split. how are your 50, 100, 200 & 800? I think your last 50 faster than your first means you left too much in the tank. If you have that much energy at the end, your total time would have been faster if you worked the middle harder. I haven't swum the other distances yet, but I can assure you my 50, 100 and 200 would be horrible.
