Hey USMSers! I recently dislocated my hip when I was doing a flip turn. Anyone have this happen to them? :cane:

NO! Has this every happened before?? I think you need to see a hip Doc.

This is the first time I have popped my hip out, but I have done my knees several times. Loose ligaments and flexible joints.

Wow, they are some flexible joints. Hope everything is ok. Good luck with your rehab.

My wife is also a loose woman!! I mean that she has had 7 shoulder operations for dislocating sockets. Hips are easier to fix if you do it before damage is to much.
