Fly training?

It doesn't matter how much freestyle I do, my butterfly is comparatively lame unless I do substantial fly in practice. I've seen lots of people who can race fly really well without doing much of it in practice. How about you?

When I run practice, I always include all stroke in diff. distance in every workout.
