Neoprene socks for swim fins?

Anyone have them? Love them? Hate them? Have some you'd like to recommend? I use Tyr Burner short fins. They are extremely comfortable, except I keep developing a cut on the top of my right foot. I have always had issues with the skin on my feet (cuts, blisters, etc...), so I am hoping that a neoprene sock will help.

  • I've had mine for quite awhile and I have not experienced any problems with them. And, my feet are quite skinnny and bony! I was surprised, because I had never been able to wear fins without having problems. What definitely helps me, though, is never using fins two days in a row. Not only do my feet need a break; my leg muscles do, as well. I wish that helped me... several times I let a couple of weeks go by so that they would fully heal, only to have them get cut again after just one session with the fins. I have always been very blister prone... new shoes almost always mean blisters for me. Perhaps that is related, I don't know. Anyway, I am just happy to have now found a solution (the Sporti socks) that works for me.
