Yeah, looking at the schematics, it looks like a renovation & it's in the same location.
Funny story involving the philanthropist funding the facility - Fred grew up in Atherton, CA, not the Philippines. His dad also owned Granny Goose foods in Oakland. I'm from nearby Palo Alto.
One summer going back from L.A., my boogie board would not fit with all the other stuff in my car. Fred had a VW van so he took it for me. When I went to his house to pick it up the maid who answered only spoke Tagalog. She was NOT happy with what she though I was suggesting with the word 'boogie".
