Did someone already post this? Without Fort, the Forums just aren't as interesting. Anyway, it was an article about Rebecca Soni in the WSJ and her training.
The funny story: My husband usually earmarks articles for me since I am not a big reader. I only look at the bottom front of the WSJ for the interesting but not really news news. I suppose it's the plethora of mom-swimmers, but at first I thought it said "Spin Spawn Flow"....
So if I read it correctly, she works out 2 hours in the AM, adds 2 spin classes as instructor on T, R, and then works out another 2 hours in the mid PM, but I am unclear from that paragraph if that includes the dryland component or if the drylands are somehow after the 2 hours in the PM. Sprinkle in dog walk for "recovery".
2 cereals - but somehow I don't think that means Lucky Charms and Fiber one. But I see hope for me, as I am also a Pop Tart eater!!
Mixing Special K w/ yogurt and berries and Raisin Bran is my favorite. I also live off Nutra-Grain bars but then again my home city is home to Kellogg's. Rebecca is also one of the athletes they are sponsoring this Olympic year.
