In addition, I think there is also a VMST group at Fleet Rec in Norfolk

The Newport News group is a college club team I think. But there is another group in Norfolk. Of course you can always try USMS places to swim, which is now geocoded. It includes pools/groups that are not necessarily registered as distinct clubs, but sometimes the entries get out of date.
