Hi all
I know that USMS main SC meet is yards, but anyway, the FINA Top 10s are out for SCM and LCM for 2011.

I managed an 8th in the 200 ***, just about maintaining my 100% presence in the top 10s since I started swimming masters. New age group next year!

Congratulations, fellow frog! :applaud: And, congratulations to you, too, Kirk!
Do you have to submit times to FINA done in USMS meets for entry into the top 10? Are swims conducted at a USAS meet eligible for submission? I would have made it in the 200 *** if I had submitted my times, but not sure what the protocol is.

The National Swims Administrator (Mary Beth Windrath), who compiles the USMS Top Ten, submits eligible times to FINA for top ten consideration.
Unlike USMS, FINA does not consider times done at USA-S or other Recognized meets (like Senior Games) to be valid for top ten or records. So those times don't get submitted.

As Chris mentioned these times do not count with FINA but they do for USMS.
