I've looked on the Fina site but I'm not sure I found the correct answer so I'll ask the resident experts. Do Fina Masters rules allow for "butterfrog?" What about breaststroke kick for backstroke?

Can you legally swim butter frog and *** on your back for the appropriate strokes in an IM?For fly, back, and breaststroke whatever is legal for the individual stroke events is legal for IM. The only exception is freestyle where you can do any stroke you want that isn't fly, backstroke, or breastroke.
