Has anyone ever tried the CrossFit Endurance program? (www.crossfitendurance.com) I've been doing CrossFit for about a year and just got back into swimming recently. I'm considering giving up my long swim practices for CFE and doing the single sport swim program from their site. I'd love to hear what anyone thinks about the program, especially if you've ever tried it. Thanks! :)

What do you mean by this? YOur 29 year old body should forgive MORE, not less than your 18. Chances are you are sleeping less, spending time behind a desk, consuming more alchohol and basically living the typical life of a 29 years old. But don't think that your "best days" are behind you. That is simply not the case. I just mean that (according my swim coach, same guy that I had in HS) my form is actually a little better than it was back then but I used to be able to swim MANY more yards without issue. Now my ribs can't take whatever I'm doing wrong and I'm not swimming nearly as much. I actually am sleeping much more and eating better than I did back then too. You've got me, for sure, on the behind a desk guess but even the alcohol consumption is lightyears from what it used to be. I certainly didn't mean to imply that my best days are behind me, just that I need to be more careful while trying to get to them. Trust me, that's what I'm after :)
