The February Fitness Challenge (February Fitness Challenge - U.S. Masters Swimming Discussion Forums) was fun, and my endurance improved, even if swimming under a regime turned out to be more onerous than doing the same without a regime.
Thanks to the Tualatin Hills Barracudas for this long-running entertainment in a month one generally scampers through.
And now I kind of miss it! Hence, looking for a March challenge. Maybe I should drop in on the Animal Lane, or the H.I.T. Pithy Sprinters. March is Monofin Month!
