Warm climate workout groups open to guests?

New Englander here with the chance to take a short-notice 3 - 4 day vacation at the end of the month - thinking of creating a quick training trip where I could get in a workout or two a day and enjoy a beer and a bite to eat in the evening, and basically do nothing else. I'm hoping to find a warm place to go with a reasonably well-structured/coached masters program that allows for drop-ins. Soliciting recommendations on programs that are welcoming to guests with (preferably) outdoor facilities. South Florida is probably better for flight time, but I wouldn't rule out TX, AZ, even SoCal. Appreciate any advice from the group.

The Sarasota Sharks Masters team welcomes all drop-ins, as long as they are USMS members. We have multiple workout times each day - 5:30am, 7:00am, 8:30am, and 6:00pm Monday through Friday. Saturday mornings we have a choice of a pool workout (7:00am) or an open water workout at Siesta Beach (7:30am). Many of us can be talked into a Sunday open water swim, as well. Siesta Beach was named America's Best Beach for 2011 by Dr. Beach (http://www.drbeach.org/). The water temperature is 67 degrees right now, according to this site. We swim at the Sarasota YMCA in an outdoor pool built by Myrtha (the same company that is building the pool for the 2012 Olympic Trials in Omaha). Our club web site is here: http://www.sharksmasters.org/ Sarasota has an airport but there are only a couple of airlines that fly into it. The Tampa airport is about an hour and 15 minute drive. The St. Petersburg airport is about an hour away, and the Fort Myers airport is an hour and a half south of here.
