  • Very cool! I'm sure he'll be fast. I hope Lance joins USMS. Beating Lance Armstrong head-to-head or even in the Top Ten rankings would be serious motivation! Kirk, I hope it comes to USMS meets as well ... but don't count on beating him. I heard his workout times when he dropped in with my daughter's team in Scottsdale last year. I suspect his 4:59.99 entry time will look like a sandbag time once he's finished (or if he comes to a meet and rests to race fast). Given his awesome athleticism, incredible aerobic conditioning and solid strokes, I think he'd put up a scary 1650, as well.
