I pity future USMS women trying to break National Records (assuming Janet gets this swim approved for USMS), but she knocked off one Trials cut this morning in Austin in the 400. Way cool!

Actually Dawn Heckman who is now in the 35-39 age group has gone 4:17.52 in 2010 and last year in 2011 went 4:18.63 so yes Janet would actually have some competition in USMS and wouldn't be lapping everyone. Now the trick is Dawn will have to keep swimming this speed the next 5 years.
