I pity future USMS women trying to break National Records (assuming Janet gets this swim approved for USMS), but she knocked off one Trials cut this morning in Austin in the 400. Way cool!

The meet will be flighted as described in the Meet Announcement. The fastest seven heats of individual events 200M or less and the fastest five individual heats of the 400M events will swum in the “A” flight with the remaining heats swum in the “B” flight. All heats in both flights will be swum fastest to slowest. The “A” flight will be swum first, followed by all relays scheduled to swim in the preliminaries (all but the two fastest heats of men’s and women’s relays), followed by all heats in the “B” flight. The women’s 800M freestyle and the men’s 1500M freestyle will be swum on Sunday, immediately following the completion of the “B” flight, slowest to fastest, alternating men and women.
