Does anyone know how (or if) you can list multiple workouts on the same day? What if one of your workouts is a swim and one is a run? How can both of those be posted?

Although many areas of the USMS website are open to the public, the FLOGs and some other areas are restricted access because they are considered membership benefits.
Maybe the FLOG could be viewed as a "freemium." Non-members could have access to a feature-limited FLOG. USMS membership would enable the missing features.
