MP3 - Ear buds

Anyone have a pair of ear buds for their water-proof ipod that do not feel like razors? I am almost compelled to just buy the Finis one so I do not need to deal with ear buds...

I have the FINIS and love them. The first set I didn't know to rinse and dry the USB port and it corroded, but FINIS replaced them, so I also like the customer service. They don't have a lot of bass but anything that can keep a variety of music going is great for me.

The directions do say that the USB cover doesn't HAVE to be on the device to use it in the water. apparently water doesn't damage the connection, other than eventual corrosion if you don't rinse. However, glad to read this thread as I didn't know that I should rinse mine.

Sorry to hijack this but I was just reading the cleaning instructions on my swimMP3 player and was wondering about rinsing the USB connector. Are you supposed to remove the waterproof cover and rinse the prong that you insert into the computer? It seems to say that but I couldn't believe it. Actually yes, to remove the pool chemicals. My first set I simply kept the cap on unless I was charging it via USB, maybe once a week. But the contacts became corroded quickly because it could not dry thoroughly. Here's the quote from FINIS... " It sounds as if corrosion is the issue. In the future you can completely prevent this by rinsing off your USB and it's cap after every use with freshwater then drying it with a towel. I am going to go ahead and replace your unit. Please send me your damaged unit along with a note that has your full name, home address, email address, phone number, and state what is faulty with the unit. Please ship to the following address"... So far the new unit is 2.5 months old with plenty of water time, including rinsing, and no problems.
