I never do anything above a 50 with the chute, and most often I do 25s, and with lots of rest. I view them as a device (and my personal fave for this work) for in-water strength training.
I don't like it for fly bc it throws off my timing; the UR coach opens the hole more (less resistance) for parachute fly for this reason. When I use it with freestyle I often combine with paddles.
