    What a great line... Sometimes you just gotta invade Russia in winter. I remember when you first joined the forum. You're a natural in both swimming and writing. Thanks for sharing. ...and to everyone else with their goals for the year. Looking back at 2011: Never look back, unless you're a backtsroker Looking ahead my 2012 (fitness goals) are: reduce my stress and cholesterol levels be able to touch my toes with ease do a triathlon this summer and last but no least, try for 2 minutes in the 200 back. (The 50-54 record is 2:01+)
