What are the rules on swimming double arm backstroke with a breaststroke kick in competition? Is flutter kick allowed if the swimmer can't do breaststroke kick?
Thanks for the information. I have some issues with scoliosis, so rotation actually slows me down.
Regarding the turn...if I read correctly, I could turn from my back to my belly, touch the wall, and push off, as long as it is executed as a continuous motion. (I'm not a flipper because of neck fusion issues.) Please correct me if I am wrong.
