The workout totals 4350 yards, if you stick to the yardage suggested in the brackets. Plus 40 streamline jumps. Happy holidays!
Karl_S made a point about swimming twelve days in a row, so I think it should just be any twelve workouts between now and December 25. That gives us 16-17 days to get through it all.
Personally I think swimsuit addict's plan is pretty good and will give it a shot. It is a fair challenge but not overwhelming.
