Hello! I must say from the two meets I have swum in Masters meets, you guys rock!
ok now for my question. I recently came back to swimming after a few years. Before I was use to swimming two, 2 to 3 hour practices a day. I am an unattached swimmer and am at a loss to how to write swimming workouts for the week or even month so that I can get my endurance and speed levels up. Any tips? I already have dryland and weight training covered, its just the "what to do in the pool" that I am so confused in. Any help would be fantastic! Thanks!!
