I've always liked the Stopwatch Game.
You have number 00-99 on a page, which correspond with the tenth and hundreths of the stopwatch. You give the watch to the swimmer, and they "select" the set, based on the final two digits of the time. You make it fun though on the number matrix:
00 = get out of workout for team (or sharks and minnows till end of practice, water polo, etc.)
BUT, the penalty for going for 00 and missing... e.g. #90-99 & #01-10 are incredibly tough sets (like 4 x 125 Fly @ 1:50), where as #40-#60 are pretty easy sets (like 4 x 25 @ :30)
You just have to come up with a bunch of little sets to fill 100 locations on the sheet to correspond with each number. It's best if the sets don't go past 500 yards though, so you can get more "spins".
