both put him well within striking distance for making the 2012 team
Soni swam well as did Shanteau
notice in the 200 br 14 year old Ben Walker went 2:22.19
he dropped from 2:25 as a 13 year old in aug
Phelps & Lochte both solid, not rested or shaved
I'm sure Phelps wants to beat Lochte in the 2 IM and get back the WR

Supposedly both Phelps and Lochte will be in Charlotte at the Grand Prix - last big duel before Trials. Hope that the 200IM is in both of their programs!

I think he has a chance but he does have quite a few people ahead of him (23 on this list).

In the 50 Free he's much closer.
I was there Friday and Sat. nights with my boys, but you don't know me, so I don't feel overlooked!
Funny though, seeing what my 4 yr old picked up on. He was doing a very nice "air fly" after the 100 and 200 m butterfly, which melted my heart. Then yesterday at the pool, he stood on the side of the pool, leaned over to splash water on his face, stood up, adjusted his goggles, took a track start stance, swung arms back, jumped in with a belly flop, and then SWUM UNDERWATER for a bit, surfaced, and pounded the life out of the water swimming to the other end. So cute and I am so proud!:applaud:
