  • I saw that blogger Patrick Brundage will be AA in a killer triple -- 200 fly, 400 IM and 1500 free. With apologies to Ace Ventura...it's called going to the light of spiritual creaminess (seen with distance swimming) and avoiding the chewy chunks of degradation or darkness (seen with sprinting):) congrats PB on the deadly triad
