Has anyone tried these? Are they good for kicking dolphin on your back?

I've used them for about 17 years or so and I love them. I'm on my second pair of them - after many years the grommets holding them together finaly failed in my first pair. One thing I really like about them is that I'm less likely to cramp with them. The foot bed in them is rigid, so your foot wont take as much abuse as with regular fins and I think that helps with the calf cramps that are much more likely for me wearing regular fins.
They work well for dolphin kick on your front or back or for flutter kick.
I have used them for several years and rarely get leg cramps and they don't cause tightness in the lower back as some of the short fins do. A really nice feature is that you can buy repair kits for the foot straps and once I lost one fin and was able to order just one fin to replace it.
