I just moved into my college and I want to get faster at the 500 free and 200 im. Just some distance sets and minor IM work is what I want help with because I like 500 better.

I would try for the college team, but I'm nowhere near the speed, and no intramural team here :'( and I haven't really seen the umich guy for a while, he swam with me before swim season and after for a month at the community center, I haven't seen him since march =\
