I'm going to be down that way this fall and wondered if there was a club within an hour of there that I might be able to practice with a time or two? Thanks.
I didn't see any on the Virginia Masters site, but I'll be there in October and found this place from www.swimmersguide.com -- www.jccegov.com/.../james-city-jcwcc.html -- for solo swimming.

There are great options in Richmond and there appear to be clubs in Newport News and Virginia Beach, but those would all be a trek from W'burg.
