Anyone use this app/website? I saw it today on facebook. Not sure how its different than using the USMS workouts/blogs.

I downloaded it to my phone, and yeah, its pretty much just another log and has some workouts in it. Problem was, even the "advanced" ones are fast or long enough to really qualify as "advanced"....at least in my book.
