Can you still compete in three events if you don't qualify? Montreal is on our travel list, so if we don't get their before 2014, I would love to go to Worlds!
No, you have to qualify for all events at Worlds. And if you swim an event at Worlds in a final time slower than the qualifying time, your final time will not be published in the results.
