Looks like Brendan Hansen is back,winning the 100 BR. Said he didn't feel smooth until the last 25 or so, and then his legs started to go a bit, but you couldn't tell from watching it. He looked really good in that swim.

2011 USA Swimming LCM Jr Nationals Stanford, CA Three of the kids I swim with will be there. Go Ryan, Taylor and Kendall. A lot of my other team mates are swimming in Super Sectionals right now.

USA Swimming's Age Group All-Time Top 100 Lists showing rankings for: Boys & Girls, 11 - 12, 13 - 14, 15 - 16, 17 - 18 LCM & SCY * Keep in mind some of the times done between 2000 - 2009 were by swimmers in body suits especially in the older age groups, some 13/14 ... there's a disproportionate # of swimmers from 2008 & 2009 who raced in the newer generation body suits, bumping older times done by swimmers in nylon, lycra, & paper suits, though some of the top times and records from the 70's, 80's, & 90's survied the 2000's & still stand. This gives us a frame of comparison for USA's future stars this week at Jrs

I agree that he has great genes, and its gonna be like shooting fish in a barrel for Longhorn recruiting! I have to say I'm tired of these Longhorns and the long reach of their recruiting arms. They've snagged two of our best swimmers. Of course, in the Smith house, the reach really isn't that long.

Depends on how you define "long reach." Texas doesn't recruit any international swimmers, unlike Cal and Auburn (random examples).
