    why would you take a diaretic? what would the advantage be:dunno: Doesn't matter. The fact is that there is a list of banned substances. Don't have them in your system, that simple. YOU are responsible for what you put in your body (food, supplements, etc) and what ingredients are in them. When you compete at that level, you need to be wary.
