200IM may get broken, but I doubt it as Lochte does not seem to be in great shape.

Anyone that has actually followed Lochte career, would know that inseason meets, like Santa Clara, Indy or Charlotte, he does not swim very well.
His coach, Greg Troy, keeps him in heavy training for weeks(even months at somepoint) Lochte is one of the best taper swims out there. Look at any of his results from the previous spring/summers. There is a pattern there.
