I have a grade ll hamstring tear. My orthopedist feels I will heal over 8 weeks. I am in my mid 60’s. I am wondering if anyone here has experience returning to the pool after this type of injury. How long did it take to regain a decent kick? Did the “good, stronger leg” cause an imbalance with the stroke sequence and pushing off the wall? How was this managed? Any training that helped a full & speedy effectiveness in the pool? Thanks
