I am seeking advice/consultation from a Physiologist or Physician specializing in swimming.
I am 71 years old and have been a Top 10 swimmer since 2018. I swam in college, but took about 40 years off from swimming. I started again in 2018 with very little and low yardage swimming workouts. Despite relatively little swimming over the past 4 years, I can still hit Top 10 times in just about every stroke in sprint events. I do dry land workouts nearly 6 days a week and feel I am physically strong and in decent anaerobic shape. Still, I do want to go faster in the pool. I am a Vietnam Era veteran. Michael S. Fey, Ph.D.
