Prelims and Finals? or One swim?

Hi everyone. I have been out of swimming for a loooooong time and I am planning on swimming at Nationals in Greensboro. I don't see it mentioned anywhere, so is this a prelims and finals type of meet or just one swim per event? Thanks

One and done. Swim at the speed that will get you where you have been training to place - hopefully .
