Has anybody had problems with their hotel reservations using this site?

I made reservations (or attempted to anyway) on Tuesday and have yet to get a confirmation so I don't know if I have a room or where. I emailed them this morning inquiring as to my reservations and have yet to receive a reply. It makes me wonder if they are legit.
I used hotels.com to get mine and i am at the Hilton attached to the Qwest center. I got an error when I tried to use the site and gave up.
I will just keep track of my charges and make sure I don't get billed too.
Well it looks like the site recommended on the entry info is just another rip off kind of like the Gold Medal Sponsor. But it would be nice if I could get some kind of response from them. If they won't respond I don't even have any way to cancel any transactions I've made through them! I'm getting a bit hot about this!
