Has anybody had problems with their hotel reservations using this site?

I made reservations (or attempted to anyway) on Tuesday and have yet to get a confirmation so I don't know if I have a room or where. I emailed them this morning inquiring as to my reservations and have yet to receive a reply. It makes me wonder if they are legit.
