No one from my team will be there in Thursday to submit our relay entry form for the 200 Mixed Free Relay, I was going to mail in the form that I printed off online, but can not find the address as to where I need to send the form and check. Does anyone know where I need to mail in the form and check? Also, just to make sure all I need to do on the form is list the age group, A/B/or C relay, and estimated time?? I do not need to list the swimmers names, right??
