If the heats will be filmed and published on the web ala 2009 Nats at Clovis? Those were/are awesome resources* and a lot of fun to watch.
*well, except for my B0nk in the 100 Fly
Anyone talk to Garrett or Chris (film crew) near the end of Nationals in Clovis last year?
They were functioning great, but looked like the walking dead!
I did. I stopped Garrett one day, introduced myself, and thanked him for all they were doing. "Walking dead" is about right. He was polite and personable, but looked absolutely wrung out. I think maybe what had seemed like a good idea at the outset (film and call every heat) turned out be a bit more of a Herculean feat than they anticipated, especially in the unrelenting sun and heat of Clovis.
I give Garrett and Chris great credit for seeing it through and getting it up online. It really is an incredible resource. Thanks again, guys.
