What swim or swimmer impressed you most in Clovis?

The one who stood out for me is Jamie Fowler
I was griping about trying to get in shape after 14 years off. Jamie took 27 years off then went (at age 49):
50 Back 25.15
100 Back 53.75
200 Back 1:57.16
100 IM 54.21
200 IM 1:58.46
I would have to say for me it was a toss up between David Radcliff and Ahelee. I loved watching both of them swim. They look so good in the water. David was amazing for looking like he was 25 years younger and Ahelee just looked like she was having soooooo much fun.
I could not agree more. And it was nice to meet you briefly in the hospitality tent. And I am always impressed by all competitors 80 and above - ladies and gents, I want to be like you when I grow up!
Kasey (Harris) Beckman went 1:03.8 in her 100 ***. That was it for me.
(Her other most impressive swim for me was her 400 IM in FL in 2005 when she went 4:20, and split 29 for her 50 br in our relay.)
She is all natural talent. Because she commutes between the Bay Area and Lake Tahoe, she swims when she can on her own, usually. All the more reason I am impressed.
At Monday's OW race, Heidi George swam less than :45 slower than Jeff Erwin, and more than 1:20 faster than the next woman. I had never met Heidi before nor seen her swim, so I was very, very impressed.
Susan von der Lippe's 54.8 100 fly was up there. Also Barbara Dunbar absolutely dismantling the 60-64 record in the 200 fly should be mentioned. She swam a 2:37 against the old record of 2:51! As these women age up--Dunbar, Laura Val, etc.--they are completely blowing away the old records. Richard Burns had some great swims on the men's side.
In addition to the ones already mentioned...Laura Val's 1-mile OW swim looks pretty incredible, too...fourth overall woman, at age 57? One minute faster than Laureen Welting?
And her 200 fly (2:16) was, as usual, pretty inspiring. I know a lot of men in their 40s who can't go that fast.
