Hey,
I'm getting excited about nationals in Coral Springs.
I'm wondering: what are restaurants in the area not to miss? I am less interested in national chains than in the places that are special to the area.
Thanks!

The western outpost of its Intracoastal-hugging sibling offers many of the same signature items at slightly lower pricing and includes creative salads. Try jerk rubbed shrimp, blackened pork tenderloin, lobster and shellfish pan roast and Chilean sea bass. Don't part without an ethereal soufflé.
